So drinking of at least ten glasses of water can remove impurities from your system. And if you drink water in the morning before doing breakfast, you can loss pounds in a month. As make a routine of drinking 3-4 glasses of water after you get off from bed. And if you add some lemon juice say two table spoons for each glass, then it will help to burn the fats of your body and believe me this really works. This work is just of five minutes and you can manage it easily in your daily routine but continuity is very important. Along with this, you have to drink lots of water. If you are working in office, just place a glass of water all the time at your desk, or carry a water bottle with you all the time. This can help you to hydrate your body all the time.</p>
<p>The second way, I found for loosing weight is walking. I know you would say that we can not manage walk and we are so busy in our work that it is difficult to manage. So walking does not mean that you have to go to the park and then walk there for hours or two. You can manage your pace all the way long with the work you are doing.  If you are student, then in your free class or break, just walk even in your class. If you are busy in your office then go for a lunch on your feet. And you can even walk in your room as well. So while doing your other works, do not stick to one place just keep your self moving. Try to do your works by yourself. Use fewer cars when going to near places. This can really help you to loss your weight.</p>
<p>Another thing that I really want to mention here may be seems little hard for you to follow but this can really give you weight loss even if you do not follow diet and hard exercises. It is dancing simple. Just give yourself half an hour daily to dance on your favorite music. Do not think that you can not dance and all excuses. If you are shy enough then lock your room, put on some tight clothes, play your favorite music loud whether the tracks are fast or slow and just keep your body moving without care because no one is looking at you. You will observe after a time that not only you will learn to dance but your body will be more flexible and tight and this is all you want to loss the weight. So keep this work daily and that will surely help you to loss wait.</p>
